With Trump vowing to end aid to Pakistan saying US got nothing but lies and deceit for billions of dollars, do you agree with the US that Pakistan has completely failed to crack down on terror?

The Trump administration has vowed to end the aid to Pakistan as punishment for giving sanctuary to the Taliban and other Islamist militant groups operating in Afghanistan. Pakistan has been paid billions of dollars and at the same time they are housing the very terrorists that the US has been fighting since long. With Trump vowing to end aid to Pakistan
The US assistance to Pakistan falls into three categories- economic aid, security aid and funding to help the country pay for the cost of counter-terrorism operations. But, it seems that all of that money is being used by the Pakistan military to sponsor terrorism and provoke insurgency in Taliban on one side and in Kashmir on the other.
Pakistan has belittled democracy and has many state-s sponsored terrorist organizations active in its vicinity; even when the country itself is a victim of terrorist activities. One of the Islamist terrorist and the mastermind of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks – Hafeez Saeed, who is the co-founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba and chief of Jama’at-ud-Da’wah; operates mainly from Pakistan and has formed his own political party of conservative policies targeting India and he was recently seen sharing stage with Palestinian ambassador. He has been designated a global terrorist by US and UN and still is seen freely propagating his fundamentalism in Pakistan.
India has much earlier stated Pakistan as a sponsor of terrorism and the US should have also taken this decision of pulling off its aid to Pakistan long back rather than giving it so much of time to misuse the money and resources in mobilizing terror activities on both ends.
