Olympiad exams are competitive exams conducted by various organizations across India and abroad. These examinations are conducted on the basis of the school curriculum of CBSE, ICSE, and other major state boards.
Olympiad Examinations help to identify a child’s capability and real potential that may help him survive better in today’s modern and highly competitive world. They motivate the students for a better and deeper understanding of scientific facts to enhance their reasoning, analytical and problem-solving skills. About the Olympiad Exams:

Students from class 1 to 8 can participate in the Olympiads which are generally conducted by private organizations like Unicus, SOF, Silver Zone, GTSE, etc. Olympiads are conducted for the following subjects:

Mathematics
English
Science
Cyber
General Knowledge
Each exam is conducted at two levels:

Level 1:

The level 1 exam is of objective type.
There are different examination papers for different classes.
The question paper consists of multiple-choice questions that are to be answered in a time limit of one hour.
The students are required to mark their answers on an OMR sheet.

Level 2:

From about 200000 students that participate in each of these Olympiads every year, the top 500 students, the top 10 students in every state, as well as school toppers from schools having the participation of more than 10 students in the examination, are selected for the second level.

Three school toppers who score more than 50%, i.e., 30 out of 60 or more than 30 marks are rewarded with medals {gold, silver, bronze} and are selected for the second level of the examination.
